The Bronze Package
"Weekend Coordination at its Best"
This is the ideal package for the couple who wants to do the wedding planning on their own with little assistance. The couple feels they will need assistance with the wedding rehearsal and day of wedding activities.
This package includes initial free consultation, up to 3 progress meetings, up to 8 hours of wedding day management, up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination, and unlimited e-mail access.
- Consultation to determine the scope of the wedding
- Unlimited contact via email from the signing of the contract
- 10 Phone Calls
- 3 Progress Meetings
- Design of Reception
- Detailed Wedding Day Itinerary provided to all vendors and bridal party members
- Direction of Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception
- Attendance at Final Sessions with Cater, Florist, and Site Managers
- Confirmation of all vendor services.
- Review final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your "to do" list.
- Assist with any last minute projects such as seating assignments, place cards programs, menu cards, favors, etc. (at additional cost)
The Gold Package
"Overseeing the Details"
We will get you organized, negotiate on your behalf and assist with the details prior to and on the day of the event. This package is for people who are willing to do most of the preliminary selection of service providers on their own, but want complete coverage the month prior to and on the day of the event.
This package includes initial free consultation, up to 6 progress meetings, up to 10 hours of wedding day management, up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination, and unlimited e-mail access.

The Platinum Package
"Dream Wedding Day - No Hassles"
~Full Service Coordination~
Our platinum level service is designed for the busy bride and groom-to-be. If you are planning your wedding on a long distance basis or do not have the time to locate sites, arrange interviews with prospective service providers, negotiate contracts and all the other details that go into planning an event, then this service allows for efficient coordination of your special day.
This package includes initial free consultation, up to 12 progress meetings, unlimited wedding day management, up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination, and unlimited
e-mail ad telephone access.

- Submit engagement and wedding announcements to newspapers of your choice
- Design and Maintenance of a Wedding Website
- Assist with obtaining marriage license and name change requirements
- Set-up and maintain budget (monthly)
- Contract negotiation with vendors
- Assist with finding ceremony and reception venue
- Assist with planning event décor for ceremony and reception
- Check availability of vendors for wedding date and budget (including setting appts.)
